Always love visiting The Salon. The staff are all really friendly. Summer is amazing and does my hair perfectly. Would highly recommend booking in with her.

I didn’t have a reservation when I visited this salon, I just walked in and the owner was incredibly accommodating. She was so friendly, easy to talk to, and instantly made me feel comfortable. I needed an updo for a wedding, and even though I’m not from the area, I’d happily come back here again because the experience was amazing. The hairstyle stayed perfect all day and into the evening, they did an incredible job. The salon itself is lovely, clean, and well-kept, and the owner has clearly put a lot of care into it. They’re quite busy, so I’d recommend booking in advance. I also really liked their flexible payment option, where you can split the payment. Parking is available right outside, though limited. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but that might just be standard for Norwich. Overall, a great experience!

I had a full head of highlights done by Summer, and she was amazing! She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and really great at what she does. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted — bright, fresh, and blended perfectly. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful highlights and a great salon experience!

I have been going to the salon for over a year now and all I can say is WOW!! All of the girls are so professional and welcoming. Holly and summer always do my hair and they are just simply amazing at what they do! I have never managed to get my hair so blonde before coming to the Salon and because of this I will never go anywhere else! Thank you to all of the girls at the Salon!!! :)

Had an amazing experience yesterday (first salon visit in 13 years!) - after many years of box dying and cutting my own hair, I treated myself to a brand new style with Bryony.
